Operating a lean digital architecture means we only collect what is strictly necessary to execute our services:

• Identity Data: First name, last name, and email address (collected via our project initialization form).
• Technical Data: Browser type, timezone, hardware parameters, and tracking cookies used exclusively for localized analytics and site optimization.
• Project Data: Technical specifications, business concepts, or documents you share via our secure Workspace environments.

3. Data Infrastructure & Routing

Our digital storefront utilizes third-party architectural nodes to process data efficiently. Form submissions are routed securely via Formspree, and active client data is stored on encrypted Google Workspace / Drive environments. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise distribute your personal data to unauthorized third parties.

4. Your Rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
