These Terms of Use govern general website interaction. Formal client engagements, including web builds, branding packages, and technical systems deployments, will be strictly governed by an individual Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work signed prior to project initialization.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maximum aggregate liability of Geometric Solutions Ltd. for any claim, error, omission, or system disruption arising out of or in connection with this website or subsequent projects is strictly limited to the total amount of fees actually paid by the client for that specific statement of work.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
